1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. In case of high order volume, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you promptly if there are any significant delays that may affect your delivery schedule.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your shipping address and the weight/volume of your pet products. Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 15 business days. Please note that delivery times are only estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), weather conditions, or logistical constraints.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing detailed tracking information. Tracking details usually become available within 24-48 hours after shipment, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package at any time.

4. Incorrect Address and Package Issues
Please double-check and ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. JOY JOURNEY LIMITED is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply. For lost packages, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date; for damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged products and packaging, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. International Shipping and Customs Notice
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an international order.
